Cleaner: sturdy and reliable machine, of limited dimensions and easy to place, it bases its operation on the difference of specific weight of different products, crossed by a flow of air properly dosed and directed.
Thus are separated: coffee, heavy bodies and dusty air.

The machine body in painted iron presents on the top the loading mouth of ø 120 mm. that introduces the product into the turbo disperser placed inside.
A suitable device and flow regulation valve contribute to optimize the calibration according to the desired degree of cleanliness. On the side, the suction fan takes the air rich in dust and sends it to more suitable areas. At the bottom, an exhaust outlet continuously sends the treated product to downstream equipment. The machine body is supported and bolted to an iron section truss, painted and normally sized in height to meet the specific needs of the plant.
Sifter: simple machine with limited overall dimensions, it allows the separation of coffee beans of two different grain sizes above and below the sample size. Therefore it also allows to separate broken beans from whole ones. Its operation is based on the constant feeding of coffee to a separating drum, equipped with appropriate holes and provided with suitable handling paddles, such as to allow the advancement and the passage or not of coffee.

The machine body, made of iron profiles and closed by bolted and painted panels, presents on one side the coffee loading mouth that directly enters the sieve placed inside. The height of the support feet is adjustable. Underneath there is a large hopper for the collection of minimum caliber beans. On the opposite side of the feeding there is the hopper for the unloading of the grains of superior caliber. The regulation of the hourly production and of the consequent separation capacity is given by the motion of this drum which is controlled by a strong variator motion equipped with adjustment through a knob (speed ratio 1:4).

Operation at different flame levels can be made automatically by means of the temperature control unit connected to a probe, or manually.
These functions are driven from the control board, which can be arranged in the best suitable place. The control board is equipped with devices for temperature display, trouble signalling, as well as control devices of automatic or manual cycle for timesaving control of work. Usually, methane or LPG is used as fuel.

In the lower side of the silo, unloading mouths by means of concentric-electro-pneumatic valves, allow the exit and dosing of the coffee to be unloaded, directly from the electric control board.

Transport fitted for moving the product from n. 2 different points of the plant. The distance of transport indicative is about 15 meters. The product transported by pneumatic technology in depression has reduced breakages and represents the most advanced step in the technology of dilute air. Dilute air, corresponds to low density of product presence respect to the fluid (air) used for the product transport.

The new STArGrind 3 grinder represents a state-of-the-art evolution in the grinding of roasted coffee beans.
The innovation is in the design carried out with typical machine tool criteria. The salient feature of the grinder is the thermo stable structure, obtained by having released the thermal deformations from the hyperstaticity on the spindle.
In other words, when the grinder heats up, it discharges the elongation and contraction deformations of the metal according to the temperature, keeping the distance between the grinders within a strict tolerance.
This condition allows to obtain a ground coffee with an extremely constant grain size and with a very low temperature rise, avoiding the risk of “burning” it during this very delicate phase.
There are several possibilities of adjustment to better adapt it to the specific needs of the user: from the variation of the number of revolutions of the grinders to the micrometric device to check their distance, creating the conditions for a “tailor-made” definition of the consistency of the treated product.
In case of power failure, the sturdy and reliable construction combined with the generous motorization allows, when the power returns, to restart without intervening on the grinders.
